For Mayfield Chocolates shops, when in the checking out process, and just nominate the pick up location in the Shipping Methods box at Step 4. Indicate your preferred pick up time and date at Step 5 in the Order Instructions/Comments (Optional) box.
Orders for pick up at other stockists, and at Mayfield Chocolates shops, can be made by phone, email or (what an idea) in person.
FOR DELIVERY
Go to the shopping cart and in the check out process, complete the shipping details at Step 2. NB: FREE shipping is for orders above $150 in value.
Indicate the preferred shipping date and other instructions if any in the Order Instructions/Comments (Optional) box.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Orders placed by 1pm AEST Monday to Thursday will generally be shipped same day. We generally do not ship over weekends, except during winter. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Please Note: website orders are not shipped in the period between Christmas and New Year. NB: Delivery within Australia for orders valued over $190 are FREE.

MAYFIELD SHIPPING POLICY
Mayfield Chocolates has a polystyrene-free shipping policy. Even though chocolates are perishable (mainly due to excessive heat), in our experience, we can safely ship to most popular destinations most of the time. If you follow these guidelines, you will be able to determine when and where you can safely have your chocolates delivered.
